About the Position

Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Florida

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Bradenton, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Rotating schedule including every other weekend and holidays in rotation with staff per facility policy

Highlights:

• Work in a 15-suite operating room at a Level II Trauma Center with 383-bed capacity
• Diverse case mix including orthopedics, trauma, burn, spine, urology, robotics, general surgery, gynecology, and plastics
• 1:1 patient ratio ensuring focused, quality patient care
• Collaborative team environment with experienced charge nurses, team leads, circulators, surgical techs, and anesthesia support
• EMR system: Meditech
• AORN guidelines followed for all perioperative care

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or compact state eligible
• Minimum 1 year of trauma OR experience required
• Minimum 1 year of orthopedic OR experience required
• Preferred: Burn or plastic surgery experience
• Preferred: Prior Meditech EMR experience
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
