Immigration Attorney

We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our team in Fairfax, VA . This full-time, on-site role focuses on representing clients in deportation/removal proceedings before the Maryland and Virginia Immigration Courts .
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings
- Prepare legal filings, evidence, and case strategies
- Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration law updates
- Advocate for clients throughout the immigration process
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active State Bar membership in good standing
- Strong experience in Immigration Law and removal/deportation defense
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong courtroom advocacy and communication abilities
- Passion for serving and advocating for immigrant communities
