IMMUNOLOGY THERAPEUTIC SPECIALIST (HS) - DES MOINES, IA

Responsibilities: Execute territory and account plans to achieve sales goals and support a successful product launch. Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, academic centers, and large dermatology practices. Deliver compelling, evidence-based clinical discussions on disease state, treatment guidelines, efficacy, safety, and patient management. Navigate complex access and reimbursement environments; collaborate with Market Access and Patient Services to help patients start and stay on therapy. Provide field insights and partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access teams to drive business success. Qualifications (Required): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales. Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic biologics or oral JAK therapies with a track record of strong sales results. Cross-functional experience partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing. Strong clinical selling skills; ability to communicate complex scientific information. Ability to travel within territory; must reside in assigned geography; valid driver’s license required. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales experience. Dermatology and/or immunology sales experience; HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa) or other rare/under-served patient population experience. Product launch experience; proven record of exceeding sales goals. Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and fulfillment processes. Familiarity with institutional systems, academic centers, and large dermatology groups; direct selling experience.
