Alliance Recovery is a leading outpatient Substance Use Disorder facility located in Fountain Valley, CA. We specialize in comprehensive, compassionate care for individuals facing substance abuse and psychiatric challenges.

We are currently seeking a motivated, dedicated, and client-centered Clinical Therapist to join our growing clinical team. If you're looking for a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and clinical supervision, we'd love to hear from you!

What We Offer

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1–2 therapy groups per week and provide individual counseling

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations using current DSM criteria

• Utilize therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT , and 12-step frameworks

• Collaborate with community resources and referral sources to coordinate client care

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed

• Uphold all licensure, registration, and certification requirements

✅ What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in a related field (required)

• Registered Associate with the BBS (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC – required)

• At least 1 year of experience in addiction treatment (preferred)

• Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders , family systems , and trauma-informed care

• Familiarity with EMRs and clinical documentation standards

• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
