Our team utilizes advanced diagnostics, evidence?based treatments, and a collaborative approach to care for patients with stroke, seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, movement disorders, migraines, dementia, developmental neurological concerns, and other complex conditions.

What Youll Do:

You will be supporting the Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor in coordinating daily operations and promoting a high standard of patient care across three Neurology clinics. This role assists with overseeing clinical workflows for all three clinics, serves as a resource for nursing and clinical staff, supports onboarding and education, helps ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and collaborates with providers and leadership to optimize patient outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency.

The RN Lead will also assist with staffing coordination, scheduling support, quality initiatives, and process improvement efforts to ensure seamless care delivery across the neurology practice. Candidates should be prepared to assist with direct patient care and clinic staffing needs as necessary to support operational and patient care demands across all three locations
