You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing, learning every part of the business while owning one of the most important functions in the company. THE ROLE WHAT YOU'LL OWN OWN THE CREATIVE ENGINE Creative is our biggest driver of growth. Our goal isn't more ads, it's consistently better ones. Develop ad concepts from customer insights and performance data Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators Review footage and give performance feedback Work with editors to polish ads Build repeatable production processes LEARN THE BUSINESS As you grow, you'll gradually take ownership across: Meta advertising Landing page optimization Analytics and reporting AI-powered marketing workflows TURN INSIGHTS INTO ACTION Great marketing starts with understanding customers. You'll regularly: Read reviews and analyze feedback Study competitors Identify buying motivations and objections Turn insight into stronger creative WHO WE'R LOOKING FOR High agency, strong curiosity, and a desire to become an exceptional marketer.
