Warehouse Specialist

Job TitleA non-profit organization is seeking an individual to greet people donating merchandise, give thanks, and hand out donor tax receipt, all the while maintaining compliance to agency policies, procedures, and practices, and representing the company in a position way. The work hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.DutiesOpen each day, keep regular schedule, and secure at the end of the dayGreet donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner, unload donations from vehicles, maintain accurate daily courts of donations, hand every donor a receipt, and break down donations into categoriesMaintain drive-through and site in accordance with image standards and order and maintain suppliesWhenever possible, assist the Transportation team with the delivery and pick up equipmentParticipate in activities outside the facility and attend in-service and elated training as assignedAdhere to all company and personnel policies and procedures, follow good safety and security practices, and report safety hazards and injuries to managerPerform other duties as needed
