Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Illinois
• NBCOT certification required
• Minimum 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
