Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities Process approximately 1,000 invoices per month with efficiency and meticulous accuracy via check or electronic platforms. Reconcile invoices against work orders and approved proposals. Timely processing of security deposit returns. Manage recurring monthly payables including loan payments and resident manager payments. File Annual Business Gross Receipts and Payroll Tax and manage subsequent payments. Execute journal entries for QuickBooks/Intuit payroll taxes. Handle SF Rent Board Housing Inventory uploads. Process time‑sensitive payments such as client income tax returns and property taxes, maintaining neat records for tracking purposes. Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual filings in a prompt order. Qualities We're Looking For Exceptional skills in project management, adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently. Exceptional communication skills with a solid command of the English language. Experience with AppFolio and/or YARDI property management software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Familiarity with Google Workspace. Education Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Required). Top Must Skills Accounts Payable: 5 years.
