We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced industrial distribution operation in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for handling a variety of warehouse functions including order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and material handling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in assigned warehouse locations
• Perform order pulling and replenishment to support daily operations
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Stage materials for outbound shipments and verify order accuracy
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or shortages
• Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
• Support shipping and receiving documentation and recordkeeping
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support operations
