The world can't wait.You Have:3+ years of experience with wireless LAN controllersExperience engineering, designing, developing, installing, configuring, testing, and implementing Aruba or Cisco wireless network solutionExperience capturing and analyzing technical requirements, documenting detailed system designs, and implementing plans and operations guides of network systemsExperience developing deliverable documentation, including engineering studies, technical solutions, installation plans, engineering drawing packages, and as-built drawing packagesExperience installing or supporting corporate wireless networks, including upgrading wireless hardware, infrastructure, and IOS componentsExperience conducting wireless network site surveys to assess network performanceExperience analyzing and using data from a software suite such as Ekahau or AirMagnet and industry best practices to recommend network designs or upgrade proposalsSecret clearanceHS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with wireless networks, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience with wireless networks, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with wireless networksNice If You Have:Experience with RF engineering, systems integration, and development of integration design packagesExperience with operations, testing, test procedures, test reports, and fielding Tactical RadiosExperience in the deployment and configuration of Access Points (APs) and controllers using Aruba 8.x code, Airwave, and Aruba Central platformsExperience managing and maintaining full deployments of Aruba Enterprise Network, Guest Management Systems such as ClearPass, Centralized Management Systems such as AirWave, and wireless controllers and access pointsExperience working with redundant internet sources such as Starshield and 5GExperience in the analysis of WIDS and appropriate logs to determine courses of action and make recommendationsKnowledge of network fundamentals such as SSLs, DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting, addressing, and variable length subnet masksAbility to conduct onsite and predictive wireless surveys using Ekahau survey kits and softwareAbility to troubleshoot wireless issues using RF scanning and packet capturesAbility to create and manage captive portal solutions for guest access and create and manage documentationCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
