Day Shift Opportunity | Material Handler | $17.00/Hour + Overtime Available
We're hiring for a Material Handler position with a growing manufacturing company in the Cookeville area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping and receiving, or forklift experience who enjoys staying active and being a key part of daily operations. Overtime is available for candidates looking to maximize their earnings.
What you'll do:- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify packing lists, bills of lading, and shipment accuracy
- Package and prepare outbound orders for safe delivery
- Pull, stock, and organize materials in the warehouse
- Operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility
- Maintain inventory records and support shipping and receiving activities
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and more with assistance
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
