Mission Software Engineer, Mission Systems, Cyber Security

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.ABOUT THE TEAM Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) is responsible for autonomous robotics systems like the Fury unmanned fighter jet and the Barracuda family of advanced effects. The AD&S Mission Systems Cyber Security team builds security into the mission software stack from the ground up, rather than treating it as a separate concern bolted on at the end. Our engineers design the architecture that keeps mission-critical systems resilient against compromise while hardening the software and systems that run on our vehicles, building the monitoring and detection capabilities that identify and respond to security events in the field, and ensuring that only trusted, verified software ever makes it onto a vehicle.
