Hybrid Budget & Contracts Analyst

The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking a Budget Analyst within the Division of Child Welfare's Finance Unit. You will oversee budget development, execution, and reporting, and support contracts and procurement for DCW programs across Colorado's counties. You will monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and ensure compliance with state fiscal rules.
