Quality Care 4U Community Services, LLC is a community-based adult day program that provides meaningful activities, skill development, social engagement, and person-centered support for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges. Position Summary:
DSPs work directly with program participants to assist with daily activities, community outings, life skills development, and individualized support plans. This role plays a vital part in creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for every participant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to participants during daily program activities
• Assist with activities of daily living and adaptive care as needed
• Support participants in community engagement and skill-building activities
• Document participant progress, observations, and daily notes
• Ensure participant safety and well-being at all times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings
