In-Home Childcare Provider
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced In-Home Childcare Provider to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper in Little Elm, Texas. As an integral part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Our goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care that empowers our clients to live their best lives.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one childcare services to children in their own homes, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters emotional growth and development
• Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs and interests of each child, promoting independence and self-confidence
• Engage in various activities, such as arts and crafts, reading, singing, and outdoor play, to encourage learning and socialization
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, meals, and medications administered
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and address any concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and best interests of our clients
