Cost Estimator

A&V Building Company is seeking a full-time Cost Estimator to work in Sanford, Florida.
Duties include preparing cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services; analyzing construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents; performing quantity takeoffs; developing budgets and bid proposals; coordinating with engineers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors; and utilizing AutoCAD to support cost estimating activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Two (2) years of experience as a Cost Estimator.
Experience using AutoCAD to analyze construction drawings and prepare cost estimates.
