Starting Wage Between $16.50 - $17.50 with Bonus and Tips is up to $3.00 Per Hour MORE than Base Rate. UP TO $21.50 PER HOUR with Base Pay, Bonus and Tips!!!

Shift Leaders at Five Guys learn valuable new skills that can help them develop a career for their future. Shift Leaders need to implement all the standard operational procedures of the company and make sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible. Major responsibilities include overseeing the crew members throughout the shift, giving positive and encourage direction to crew members and working side by side with crew to ensure proper production of product, clean facility and excellent customer service. Shift Leaders must also make sure that the food that’s being served is always fresh and has undergone the proper food handling procedure.

Bonus Opportunities

Shift Leaders can earn weekly cash bonuses included in their paychecks based on store performance in our Secret Shopper program as well as tips daily. Shift Leaders also receive tips daily and a free meal for each shift worked.
