The Bridal Consultant plays a key role in guiding clients through the exciting journey of selecting their perfect wedding dress. As a member of the Bridal Team reporting directly to the owner, this experienced consultant provides personalized service, ensuring each bride feels confident and supported throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand wedding vision and dress preferences
• Assist with dress selection and provide expert fashion advice
• Coordinate fittings and alterations to ensure a perfect fit
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer support and build strong client relationships
• Manage inventory and maintain organized stock levels

• 1+ years of experience in bridal consulting
• Strong customer service and sales skills
