Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Set and achieve personal performance targets and goals. Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide feedback to management on service improvements. Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy services. Experience/Qualifications Valid physical therapy license in the relevant state or region. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets. Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration. Experience in utilizing evidence‑based practices for patient care. Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records.
