Preferred Experience At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience Experience caring for seniors in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or healthcare settings Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, companionship, and fall prevention Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional care Ready to Get Started? The Logistics Pay: $16.00-$19.00/hour (based experience) Training Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: Flexible (Day, Evening, Weekend, Overnight, PRN/Fill-In) Hours: Typically 12-40 hours per week (weekend and holiday availability preferred) Service Area: Waldorf, La Plata, Clinton, Ft.
