Manager, Clinical Laboratory

Natera seeks a Manager for Clinical Laboratory operations in Austin to oversee lab manufacturing methods, processes, and compliance with CLIA/CAP guidelines. Responsibilities
- Direct lab operations, staffing levels, and resource planning to meet production goals
- Monitor production metrics, workflow efficiency, error rates, and quality assurance programs
- Generate executive summaries and drive data-informed decisions for cost reduction and improvement
- Manage employee performance, hiring, scheduling, and handle disciplinary matters
- Ensure departmental compliance with regulatory standards and troubleshoot processing errors
Requirements
- Clinical laboratory operations management experience
- Knowledge of CLIA/CAP regulations and compliance requirements
- Manufacturing process development and implementation expertise
- Team leadership and performance management skills
- Proficiency with production metrics and quality assurance programs
- Experience managing lab budgets and resource allocation
