And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.Under the direction of the Director of Education and Nursing Quality, the Clinical Educator (CE) assumes responsibility for assessing the clinical learning needs of the inpatient nursing staff, responding to those needs by serving as a clinical resource and role model, and promoting an environment that encourages professional growth and quality patient care.
