ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – High Acuity | Sign-On Bonus + Relocation 
Location: Parker, Arizona
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shifts: Day & Night | Rotating Weekends
Salary Range: $85,000 – $97,000 (DOE)**

What You’ll Do:
As an ICU RN, you will provide advanced, life-sustaining care to critically ill patients:

• Deliver direct care to high-acuity ICU patients
• Monitor and manage conditions like:
  • Cardiac arrhythmias
  • Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)
  • Respiratory failure
  • Post-operative complications
• Perform detailed patient assessments & update care plans
• Administer IV medications, drips, and critical treatments
• Interpret cardiac rhythms & respond rapidly to emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, RTs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking confident, highly skilled ICU nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments:

• Active RN License (in good standing)
• Minimum 3+ years recent ICU experience
• Strong critical care & patient assessment skills
• Experience with ventilators & hemodynamic monitoring
• ACLS preferred ( CCRN is a strong plus )
• Excellent communication & clinical judgment
