Avera Health, a regional health system based in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a focus on lymphedema care to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide specialized evaluation and treatment for patients with primary and secondary lymphedema in an outpatient setting, using evidence-based interventions to reduce swelling, improve function, and enhance quality of life.

Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and progress individualized plans of care, and deliver interventions such as manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging and garment training, therapeutic exercise, and patient and family education on self-management strategies. You will document care thoroughly and accurately within the electronic medical record, communicate regularly with referring providers and care team members, and participate in care conferences as needed to coordinate services across the continuum of care.
