Schedule

• Shift: Night Shift (PA)
• Hours: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Schedule: Monday Sunday
• Pay Rate: $40.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

• Active LPN License (WV or Compact License preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience .
• Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification .
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
