What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and welding process specifications.
• Measure, fit, and fabricate components to precise specifications.
• Use measuring tools and basic hand tools accurately.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience with stainless steel and mild steel.
• Strong ability to set up welding machines independently.
• Solid knowledge of welding equipment, accessories, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and welding specifications.
• Proficient with measuring tape and basic hand tools.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools.

Preferred

• Machining experience.
• Strong attention to housekeeping and workplace organization.

Additional Information

• A hands-on welding test will be required during the hiring process.
• Veterans are encouraged to apply.
• This is an on-site position.
• Physical work is required.
