As a Client Service Representative, you will join a global leader in information services and GRC solutions to empower legal, finance, and compliance professionals worldwide. Your Impact

• Cultivate consultative partnerships with internal and external clients, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies to drive mutual success.
• Execute precise document retrieval, preparation, and filings across multiple jurisdictional levels.
• Resolve complex order fulfillment challenges while guiding clients through sophisticated GRC service offerings and methodologies.
• Analyze existing delivery workflows and proactively recommend strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Empower team members and clients by delivering comprehensive training on product features and jurisdictional requirements.
• Make well-informed, timely decisions to consistently exceed client expectations.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree or at least one year of proven customer service experience in a high-volume, dynamic setting within UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) coupled with excellent, high-accuracy data entry skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and analytical abilities to effectively prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet critical client deliverables.
