Flexible Home Health CNA - Per Diem (East Valley)

Billet Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Home Health team serving the East Valley, including Globe and Mesa, AZ. This is a Per Diem (PRN) role delivering one-on-one care to patients in their homes, collaborating with RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to support individualized plans of care. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, bathing, grooming, mobility, monitoring patient condition, and maintaining safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr Billet Health
