Mid sized Law Firm seeking T&E Attorney from big law. You will make double & work less at this firm. They have clients that are BILLIONAIRES.

The comp is measured based on how good the work is and your contribution (no subjectivity to it). You will make more money with this firm, while working less hours (can make more by delegating work as well)! They are smaller but have the infrastructure of a very large firm. They have all the document management systems & technology available (if you want something, they will get it). No minimum billing requirements. All Admins come from large law. Culture-- GENUINELY love each other and are very collaborative. It's a very relaxed environment and they do all kinds of fun events together.

Looking for:

• Someone who has been practicing 10+ years ideally - mainly Trusts & Estates
• Experience handling complex estate planning
• barred in PA or NJ
• Kind heart
• experience in big or medium law
