Inventory Specialist

Job Overview Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct the search for an Inventory Specialist on behalf of our client, a well-established pavement marking and safety services provider. This is an on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity in Bridgeport, CT. Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and physical inventory verifications Update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory activities Assist with inventory audits and reporting Support the inventory team with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy and process efficiency Requirements Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory tracking software is a plus Compensation This position offers an hourly rate of $25-$27/hr.
