Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsRequirementsQualifications5+ years of Service Technician experience requiredCertified Ford or OEM TechnicianMust submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen, along with random drug testingMust have a current valid New Mexico Driver's LicenseMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentA level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentTeam playerAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
