Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Cath Lab, you will be a vital member of a high-performing team, delivering critical and compassionate care to patients undergoing life-saving cardiovascular procedures. Key Responsibilities: Expert Clinical Care:Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve optimal health outcomes for Cath Lab patients, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care. Critical Assessment & Intervention:Proficiently assess patient conditions, recognize and adapt to changes (e.g., lab, vitals, test values), and perform timely, clinically appropriate interventions. Prioritization & Organization:Skillfully organize and prioritize complex patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery while maintaining patient comfort and safety. Collaborative Communication: Clear communicate with physicians and other providers, and ensure a seamless nurse-to-nurse handoff at the bedside. Patient Advocacy & Ethics:Serve as a dedicated advocate for patient needs, demonstrating holistic care practices and upholding high ethical standards in all aspects of practice.
