About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Emergency Room License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: - Experience in managing critical care situations - Proficient with EPIC charting system - Ability to float where necessary Description: ER Registered Nurse position available. Nights 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. First-timers accepted if they have 3-5 years of Emergency Room experience. Floating within the facility is not required. Weekend duties depend on departmental needs. On-call duties are not required. Documentation will be managed through EPIC. Candidates must hold ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications. Pre-approved time off will be considered at the discretion of the manager and must be included at the time of application. Experience with arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, and central line care is important. Candidates should be familiar with managing ventilated patients and interpreting arterial blood gases. Ability to perform procedural sedation and IV insertion is necessary. Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Candidates will provide care for various emergency situations and manage patient flow efficiently. 1 professional reference required within the last 2 years. All candidates must provide documentation confirming their nursing license. Previous permanent staff members are not eligible for this position. Emergency Department can accommodate a diverse patient population, including trauma and critical care cases.
