Responsibilities As a Management Training (MT) candidate, you will learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. Through a structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support and will also get out into the community to establish essential relationships. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You will learn what it means to always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success. Qualifications Must have a bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree. Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, regardless of points. No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years. Must have a minimum of one year of experience within the last five years in one of the following areas: Commission-based sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential. Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality). Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team. Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
