Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• Experience in Home Care Home Base and Pointcare
• Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required

Location Highlights

Tillamook, Oregon offers direct access to the Northern Oregon Coast and a slower-paced setting for travelers who enjoy outdoor recreation. Cape Lookout State Park is about 12 miles west of Tillamook, and the Tillamook Creamery is located in town as a well-known regional destination. The Tillamook State Forest spans hundreds of thousands of acres east of the city, and Oceanside Beach State Recreation Site is about 10 miles away for coastal views and beach access.
