Electrical Construction Project Manager $150,000 - $165,000 per year | Newark, CA | On-site | Permanent Benefits Base Salary: $150,000–$165,000 DOE Bonuses $700 per month car allowance Gas card Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match and additional contribution PTO and paid holidays Company cell phone or reimbursement Responsibilities Manage electrical projects, ensuring project timelines/milestones and controlling jobsite costs, budgets, and quality. Lead the onsite team, value engineering, and maintain change order processes. Coordinate with GC, client, and subcontractors, preparing blueprints, contracts, reports, and documentation. Schedule meetings, oversee coordination, safety, and project closeout. Work with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls for projects in high‑tech, healthcare, and aviation sectors. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial electrical construction projects. Must pass background check and drug test.
