This is an entry‑level hourly role with benefits offered for those working more than 30 hours per week. No prior experience is required; you’ll receive paid training. A DSP works with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and assists them in realizing their full potential. You will help people become integrated and engaged in their community by assisting with everyday activities and supporting them in improving their health, safety, and well‑being. High School diploma or GED or six months of experience in the Human Services field required. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Ability to pass paid training in CPR, First Aid, and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Responsible work ethic and good communication skills. Compassionate and caring. Schedule for part‑time opening A: Monday & Tuesday 2 pm‑10 pm. Schedule for part‑time opening B: Sunday 7 pm‑11 pm, Monday‑Wednesday 7 am‑3 pm. We are also hiring for Full‑time and PRN.
