Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Hoboken, NJ area Type: Full-Time Onsite Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and product positioning initiatives
- Support product launches and lifecycle management activities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure marketing materials and campaigns align with FDA/industry compliance standards
- Partner with sales teams to create promotional tools, presentations, and training materials
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and ROI metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- 5+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing experience
- Strong understanding of regulated healthcare/medical device environments
- Experience supporting product launches and commercial strategy initiatives
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and operational teams
