Hardscape Foreman

We are looking for a craftsman who is ready to prove they're the best!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew in the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, water features, and other hardscape features.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Operate and maintain hardscape tools and equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hardscape experience (retaining walls, pavers, etc.)
• 1 year of leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Proficiency in operating equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws.
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and base preparation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Can operate a truck and trailer.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
