Salary: $120,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong experience building scalable, modular applications with C# and .NET Core.
• Full-stack development experience with a modern front-end framework such as Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, review, testing, and refactoring.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Expertise in Entity Framework Core, including data modeling, migrations, LINQ, and performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL Server skills, including scripting, indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis.
• Experience with Azure Functions or comparable serverless technologies.
• Experience creating responsive interfaces with Bootstrap or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience delivering complex software solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, and agentic AI patterns.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows, agents, or automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience designing and optimizing AI-augmented SDLC workflows with measurable business impact.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs, recognize limitations, and mitigate associated risks.
• Experience with test parallelization, test data management, and flaky-test triage.
• Playwright experience for UI, API, and database testing is preferred.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as Artillery, JMeter, K6, or Locust is preferred.
• Experience in risk-based, automation-first engineering environments is preferred.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry is preferred.
• Understanding of compliance-focused development practices and regulatory considerations is preferred.
• Familiarity with MediatR, Clean Architecture, Fluxor, Polly, or similar patterns is preferred.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Experience making architecture and design decisions for enterprise-scale applications is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions, project ownership, and business impact to stakeholders is preferred.

• Develop and maintain automated UI, API, and database testing frameworks using Playwright and related technologies.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and collaborative software delivery.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, testing, and automation framework issues.
• Work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to advance continuous improvement and project outcomes.
