Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend required | 2 call shifts per scheduled period | 48-hour/week scheduling considered | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess laboring patients, fetal status, and maternal well-being throughout the care continuum
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and participate in call shifts as scheduled
• Float to other units as operationally required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for mothers and newborns

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Arkansas RN license or multistate (Compact) RN license
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Postpartum nursing experience
• Comfort with high-acuity obstetric patient populations
