Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

Job DescriptionSeeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join Worcester, MA practice. Area Urgent Care opportunity as well.\n\n M-F 8-5\n No weekend, second, or third shifts.\n Full or part-time options\n Full-time physicians are scheduled for eight clinical sessions and two administrative sessions each week.\n Day is split into 2 clinical sessions with morning 8-12 and afternoon 1-5.\n Each session you will see 10-11 patients so 20-22 patients per day. 32 hours of clinical a week (8 clinicals and 8 hours of administrative time).\n Administrative time can be done remotely or at home. If efficient you can do a 4 day work week on site.\n If needed, you will have a slow ramp up period – see 1 patient every hour when first start and slowly increases – after 6 months fully ramped up.\n EMR: NexGen\n Patient panels: 900-1200\n Gender Affirming Care\n MAT/OBAT (office based addiction treatment)\n HIV/Infectious Disease Management\n Pre-Natal and Reproductive Health Serivces (Pap Smears, Pelvic Exams, Nexplanon insertion/removal, IUD insertion/removal, Colposcopy)\n Call Duties: Either 2 week-day call shifts a month, or one weekend call shift a month. Call is done remotely, via telehealth.\n HPSA Score of 15 - Providers who commit to working for us for 2 years will be awarded $50,000 of loan repayment.\n\n\n\nOur clinical teams are comprised of family physicians, internists, pediatricians and advanced practitioners working in tandem with dentistry, optometry, pharmacy and behavioral health - all under one roof.
