Senior Project Manager Construction

Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a multi‑phased, multi‑year renovation project in Tampa Bay. The role requires extensive knowledge of concrete construction, facade renovations, and project management across all phases. Location Onsite, Tampa Bay Office. Responsibilities Lead the renovation project from initial concept through punch‑list and close‑out, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery. Develop and maintain strong internal and external client relationships, representing the Colliers project management brand. Coordinate multiple trades and work with building tenants to execute project requirements. Establish project success pathways based on key performance indicators defined by stakeholders. Oversee high‑rise structural concrete restoration and concrete structural projects. Create and manage the project schedule, budget, and identify any deviations, resolving issues promptly. Lead, direct, and maintain team spirit among vendors and project staff. Contribute to local project management presence and strategic business development. Provide critical thinking and problem‑solving guidance to address project challenges. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years in design, construction, or project management. Experience with milestone certifications and waterproofing projects. Extensive knowledge of the design process, construction, and project management practices. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and industry software such as Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit. Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications. Strong leadership skills to direct vendors and foster a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with business‑development strategies and building industry relationships.
