Qualifications/Experience:

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational or healthcare settings preferred
• Familiarity with implementing prescribed therapeutic activities and documenting student progress
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families
• Organizational skills and reliability in meeting deadlines and managing caseload requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist in the preparation and adaptation of materials for therapy sessions
• Monitor, record, and report student responses and progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure consistent communication strategies within the classroom
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
