Patient Host (Entry-Level)

SportsMED is hiring for entry-level Patient Host/Runners to assist with patient flow in our clinic. This is an entry-level opportunity and a great way to gain valuable experience in a medical environment while making a positive difference in patient experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Help patients navigate the facility and find the services they need
- Provide basic information and support throughout their visit
- Bring patients back to clinic rooms and/or X-ray waiting bay
- Help maintain a welcoming, comfortable environment
- Perform other general clinic support duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- No previous healthcare experience required
- Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused personality
- Reliable and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
