Our team is known for delivering care with a genuine "personal touch."What You'll DoThis role generally follows a Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday needs. On-call availability may also be required.As the Memory Care Director, you will:Oversee daily memory care operationsEnsure residents receive person-centered and dignified supportBuild strong relationships with families, offering education and reassuranceTrain, mentor, and inspire caregiving staff in best practices for dementia carePromote an environment focused on safety, engagement, and compassionWhat We're Looking ForExperience in memory care or assisted living leadershipStrong understanding of dementia care programs and behavioral support strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn Assisted Living Manager or Administrator license is preferred (or willingness to obtain one in Arizona)If you're ready to join a dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families, we'd love to hear from you.
