Audio Creative Lead — Shape Sound for Faith Media

Loam Media, Inc. | Family Radio - Franklin, Tennessee About the Role Family Radio, a ministry of Loam Media, is seeking a full-time Audio Creative Lead to help shape the sound and creative identity of our audio content across broadcast, digital, podcasting, fundraising, and emerging media platforms. This role combines creative audio production, writing, brand consistency, and collaborative project leadership. The Audio Creative Lead will help develop and maintain audio elements that support a clear, engaging, and trustworthy listener experience across a variety of platforms and initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. This position requires strong communication skills, creative judgment, and the ability to contribute both strategically and hands-on. Key Responsibilities Write, produce, and refresh audio imaging, promos, and creative content. Support audio branding across broadcast, digital, podcast, and fundraising initiatives. Collaborate with programming, marketing, production, and leadership teams. Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and overall listener experience. Contribute creative ideas for future audio and digital initiatives. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards. Qualifications Experience in audio production, creative media, radio, podcasting, or related fields. Strong writing, editing, and production skills. Proficiency with audio production software and workflows. Ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills.
