Stand Up Tow Motor Driver – 1st Shift
Akron, Ohio
Starting Pay: $19/hr.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Are you an experienced stand up tow motor operator looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow? We are hiring for a carbon black distribution center in Akron, Ohio that offers excellent benefits, advancement opportunities, and a strong team environment once hired in permanently.

This is a hands-on warehouse position in an industrial environment. Candidates must understand that carbon black is a dusty material, and the job can get dirty. If you are dependable, safety-minded, and experienced in warehouse operations, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand up tow motor safely and efficiently

• Pick, stage, and move product throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload shipments

• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing

• Follow warehouse processes and standard operating procedures

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous stand up tow motor experience is required

• Experience using RF scanners

• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory processes

• Ability to work in a dusty/dirty industrial environment involving carbon black

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, move, and work on your feet throughout the shift
