Pay as Cross Country posts it: about $2,250 a week in all, a taxable rate of $21.09 an hour plus $1,491 a week in housing and meal stipends.

Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Plano. The position provides specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level II–III neonatal intensive care setting. Responsibilities include respiratory support, central line management, micropreemie care, ostomy care, and collaboration within a teamwork-oriented clinical environment.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; Level II–III neonatal intensive care experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Level III–IV neonatal intensive care experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Assignment Dates: 11/30/2026–03/08/2027.
• Additional Information: Patient assignments may range from 1:1 to 1:4, with 1:4 occurring rarely. Clinical responsibilities may include care for patients requiring high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, conventional ventilation, continuous positive airway pressure, noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, central lines, ostomy care, respiratory support, surgery recovery excluding head and heart procedures, and micropreemie care. Four weekend shifts are scheduled per four-week period, with no on-call requirement. Royal blue scrubs are required.
